Policies
Reporting abuse or safety issues
Every ClubX user can long-press a chat message to report or block the sender, and the Settings tab includes a dedicated Safety section with the list of accounts you have blocked. For urgent safety issues that cannot wait, email the address above with the subject line "URGENT SAFETY" and we will prioritize it.
Data deletion
You can permanently delete your ClubX account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Personal identifiers are removed from our database within 30 days of deletion, in line with the Privacy Policy. If you are unable to sign in and would still like your data deleted, email us with the username or email address on the account and we will process the request manually.
